He has used his expertise helping many organizations and ministries in both eastern and western Europe on seventy-plus transatlantic trips.

On the local level, Randal has been a member of the Clergy Coalition of Coral Springs, Parkland, and NW Broward since 1987. He has been actively involved in the city of Coral Springs for thirty-two years. He has served as a chaplain for the Coral Springs Police Department, is currently serving with the Coral Springs Multi-Cultural Advisory Committee on its National Day of Prayer Committee, and also on the city’s Customer Involved Government Committee, and has participated in a broad variety of leadership and citizen involvement opportunities in the community over three decades. He is also a member of the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce.
